- Choose a Business Location

- Consult the local Chamber of Commerce(s)
- Finance your Business

- Check with local Banks, Credit Unions or the SBA.
- Determine the Structure of Your Business
- From a legal and tax perspective
- Sole Proprietor, LLC, Partnership, S corporation, C corporation

- Register entity with the State (DBA, if business is not your name, or LLC etc)
- Secretary of State, Corporation Division
- Obtain Tax ID Numbers
